Introduction

Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation (PTDC) is the corporate arm of the
Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. Although PTDC is established as a separate entity
of the tribe, it is wholly owned by the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. With PTDC
established as an independent entity, the Tribe's assets, trust status, and
sovereignty are protected

The purpose PTDC is to promote economic development for the Pawnee Nation.
PTDC Articles of Incorporation were written in accordance with the Pawnee Nation
Constitution, By-Laws and the Corporate Charter for the operation of business.
The Articles of Incorporation established a Board of Directors and a set of "formal
provisions that exist for separation of government functions from business operating decisions."

PTDC oversees the managment of the Pawnee Nation Casino & Trading Post,
Pawnee Nation Travel Plaza and Subway. PTDC is focusing a great deal of
attention into three new gaming ventures/ expansions. The Pawnee Nation
Casion & Trading Post will expand. A new gaming facility and restaurants will
on the Pawnee Nation Travel Plaza site. And a new hotel/resort and casino site
is being developed for the Pawnee Nation property at Chilocco.

Currently, PTDC is working to strengthen the infrastructure, with oversight for
current businesses. The Board recognizes the importance of planning for future
growth. With the mission statement in mind they are looking forward and examing
options for new business development
